Context and Acceptance
The Pharmasupport.ca platform (the Platform) was designed and operated by AppGuide Inc. (AppGuide), on behalf of Pharmascience Inc. (Pharmascience). It offers pharmacists and their teams advanced training and tools, designed to propel their practice to new heights.
The term "We" used in this policy refers to AppGuide unless Pharmascience is expressly named.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Permitted Use
You agree to use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content on the Platform without permission is prohibited.
Access to External content
The Platform guides users to external digital content. Links are provided in good faith. Each external content or site has its own privacy policy and terms of use, which we encourage you to read carefully before use. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of external sites linked from the Platform.
Use by Children Under 14
The Platform is not intended for children under the age of 14. If we have reason to believe that a child under 14 has used the Platform without parental or legal guardian consent and that personal information has been collected, that information will be deleted promptly.
Protection of Personal Information
AppGuide adheres to the principles of Privacy by Design and complies with applicable laws, including Law 25 and other Quebec privacy laws, PIPEDA (Canada), the GDPR (European Union), and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Pharmascience acts as the data controller for users of Pharmasupport.ca. AppGuide acts as the data processor, managing hosting, security, and maintenance.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, text, images, and source code on the Platform are the exclusive property of their respective owners and are protected under intellectual property laws.
Security and Hosting
Data is primarily hosted in Canada through Google Cloud Platform, which complies with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, 27017, 27018, and other standards. Some analytics processing may occur in the United States. Standard contractual clauses, privacy impact assessments, and legal and technical safeguards are in place to regulate such processing.
Limitation of Liability
While we use appropriate technologies, the Platform and its content—like all technologies—are not infallible or immune to unexpected events. The Platform is provided for informational purposes only; it does not provide advice, should not be used for any medical purposes, and does not replace the help, care, or assessment of a professional, nor the assistance of police or emergency services.
Subject to applicable laws, we make no representations or warranties regarding:
(a) the use or suitability of the Platform or its content for any particular purpose;
(b) uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free use;
(c) availability at all times and without delay;
(d) compliance with standards other than those outlined in these Terms of Use;
(e) intellectual property rights related to the Platform or its content.
Modifications
AppGuide reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The date of the last update appears on the page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Language of the Terms of Use
This document containing the Terms of Use is available in both French and English. In case of discrepancy between the two versions, the French version shall prevail.
